Before requesting an analysis

Confirm that the selected fixture is supported, the match data is available, and your credit balance is sufficient. The required credit amount is shown before use.

Favorites or history are missing

Favorites and history are linked to the current anonymous Firebase account. Signing out creates a new anonymous session when onboarding is completed again. Deleting the account permanently removes linked data.

A credit purchase is not visible

Wait briefly and reopen the credit screen. Purchase validation can be delayed by Apple or the network. Do not repeat a purchase while the first transaction is pending.

Delete account or sign out

Open Profile and select Sign Out or Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and removes account-linked profile data.

Privacy requests and technical support

Email srdrakcay25@gmail.com. Include the app version, iOS version, and a short description, but never send passwords, API keys, payment details, or verification codes.
