Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using NinetyLens, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service

NinetyLens provides fixtures, favorites, analysis history, and AI-assisted probability analysis when available. Features, league coverage, credit costs, and free allowances may change.

3. Analysis disclaimer

Analyses are probabilistic information for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not guaranteed outcomes, financial advice, or betting advice. Match data may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.

4. Account, credits, and purchases

The app creates an anonymous Firebase account. Credits are consumable digital items used for eligible analyses. Purchased credits do not expire. Purchases are processed by Apple and validated by the service. Except where required by law or Apple policy, consumed credits are not refundable. If a purchase is reversed or refunded, the corresponding unused credits may be removed.

5. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the service, send automated bulk requests, bypass credit or security controls, redistribute API data without permission, or use the service unlawfully.

6. Third-party services

Match data, cloud infrastructure, and purchase validation rely on third-party providers. Outages, delays, and data changes in those services may be outside NinetyLens’s control.

7. Intellectual property

The app name, design, and code belong to their respective rights holders. Team, league, and provider names may be trademarks of their owners.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated. Access may be limited for violations, and you may stop using the service by deleting your account.
